On behalf of the BIP (Benelux Industrial Partnership) fund it manages, Internos GmbH, Frankfurt, has agreed a two-year lease with SES Transport und Frachten GmbH & Co. KG for logistics premises measuring 6,000 m² in Eichenzell (Bürgermeister-Schlag-Strasse 10) in Hesse. The property a multi-let business park is fully leased.
Established in 2003, SES Transport und Frachten GmbH & Co. KG, which is headquartered in Mühlenfliess, Brandenburg, specializes in transport organization and management. The company is opening an additional branch in Eichenzell to serve a locally-based customer.
The BIP fund currently owns 36 light industrial properties; 22 of them, measuring a total of 173,000 m², are located in Germany, the rest in the Netherlands. The fund's volume in Germany totals around 60 million.
