Insolvency cases give Savills Netherlands six new instructions (NL)

Savills property management team has been instructed by insolvency administrator DLA Piper, on behalf of the landlord, to undertake the management of six office properties across the Netherlands.

Ranging between 16,487 m² and 3,583 m² the properties are located in Schiphol-Rijk, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Den Haag. Tenants include Kyocera Mita Nederland B.V, TUI Nederland N.V. / ARKEFLY, Arbo Unie B.V, Rijksgebouwendienst, TBI Holding, IMCD Benelux, Van den Herik & Verhulst Advocaten and Interbank N.V. Two premises are currently vacant.

Peter Sybesma, Head of property management for Savills Netherlands, says: "The high vacancy rate in the office sector in the Netherlands continues to be an issue for investors and has resulted in some insolvency cases.

"Savills property management service can put into place practical cost saving measures for buildings that are both occupied and vacant to produce the best results for both landlord and tenants."

Savills manages approximately 754,000 m² of properties across the Netherlands including retail, industrial and office premises for clients such as SEB, Real I.S. and Wölbern. The team is headed by Peter Sybesma who has previously worked with firms including BAM Utility Construction and ABN AMRO Bouwfonds Property Finance.
