Carter Jonas has sold a 1.4-acre green belt strategic land parcel in Hillingdon, London, on behalf of a private owner to Inland Homes for an undisclosed amount. The land is adjacent to Hillingdon Gateway, which Inland Homes acquired in March 2019 on behalf of a private investor. It is allocated for a residential-led mixed-use scheme and currently has capacity for 400 homes. Carter Jonas structured a sale agreement that leaves Inland scope to improve the planning application on its adjoining site while incentivising the company to capture future development potential from the strategic land parcel for both parties.
