ING Real Estate has sold the Silver Tower located on the Beatrixlaan in het Beatrixquarter in The Hague to a syndicate of foreign investors. The tower consists of approx. 27.000 mò of office space and 233 parking spaces and is completely let to Nationale Nederlanden for a period of 10 years. The investingvolume for the recently renovated building is over â⬠60 mln.
CB Richard Ellis (Amsterdam), who will also take up the asset management of this investment, supervised the whole transaction. On request of the syndicate CB Richard Ellis is searching the Hague real estate market for similar objects which might be obtained in the same way in the future. Eurohypo AG (Amsterdam) took care of the financing of the object.
