ING Real Estate Investment Management has sold four office buildings on behalf of the ING Dutch Office Fund to Lansing Finance Corporation, an American investment fund, for the amount of over â⬠70 mln.
It concerns office buildings Buitenveste in Amsterdam, let to ABN Amro; the multi tenant building Bavinckstaete in Amstelveen; office building De Pelikaan in Hoofddorp, a building of which 4.500 mò is in use by Nationale Nederlanden; and an office building in Nieuwegein. This building, with a surface of 6.000 mò is let by Wegener Direct Marketing. The average period for which the buildings are let is approx. 5 years.
