ING Real Estate has acquired the furniture shopping-boulevard at the Grote Voort in Zwolle from Spoolderwerk for a total value of â⬠20, 875 mln.
The 25,000 m2 shopping area is located near highway A-28. Local government not only has plans to redevelop and expand office locations on the site, but also to develop retail. The shopping-boulevard is rented to a number of companies, inlcuding Kwantum, Trendhopper, Lucky Leder and Sanders Meubelstad.
