ING opens Alpenrhein Village Outlet Shopping in Landquart (CH)

ING Real Estate Development has opened the first phase of Alpenrhein Village Outlet Shopping Centre - the first ever factory outlet village in Switzerland - in Landquart, Graubünden. The Alpenrhein outlet village now offers 40 brands, a restaurant, café and other gastronomy services on 8,400 m2 GLA. When fully completed, Alpenrhein will include 21,000 m2 GLA. The investment is approximately EUR 120 million.

Alpenrhein is the first ever factory outlet village in Switzerland.


Alpenrhein Village Outlet Shopping is targeting both local consumers in the Chur and Vorarlberg regions as well as tourists staying in nearby alpine resorts such as Davos, Arosa, Flims/Laax and Bad Ragaz. The outlet village is excellently accessible by car via the A13 motorway and by public transport via the adjacent Landquart railway station.

ING Real Estate Development has appointed London-based GVA Grimley Outlet Services as the Operator of the Alpenrhein Outlet Village.

Alphenrhein is the seventh retail scheme of ING Real Estate Development to open this year.
