Eurocentrum Office Complex, located at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, is a 15-story, class A+ office building, with a total lease space of over 7,000 m².

The building was designed in accordance with the sustainable construction standards. One of its advantages is the possibility of elastic and functional arrangement of the office areas, depending on the needs of the lessees.

The location of the building, between the Zawiszy Square and the Warsaw West train station, will ensure easy access by car or means of public transportation.

Imtech Polska has leased over 7,000 m², occupying the five highest floors of the Gamma building. "We have decided to choose the Eurocentrum Office Complex as the new seat of the Imtech Polska headquarters due to the unique nature of the complex among office buildings in Poland and because of the dynamic development of our company.

"In order to keep providing the best possible service to our clients we need office space significantly larger than the one we are occupying, which is 1,500 m²," says Jacek Andrzejewski, Member of the Board of Imtech Polska.

"Imtech Polska has decided to upgrade the standard of its office space. The new seat of the company will be located in a better area. Additionally, Eurocentrum Office Complex fulfills high ecology requirements of the tenant," says Artur Sutor, Associate in the commercial areas division at Cushman & Wakefield.

Eurocentrum Office Complex will be the biggest green office building in Poland.

Renowned design studio PRC Architects designed the building.
