Groothandelsgebouwen N.V. saw its objectives of 2001 realized. Profit after tax increased by 19.6% to EUR 4.7 mln, compared to a nett result of EUR 3.9 mln during 2000. Direct investment result per share increased by 18.6% from EUR 2.85 to EUR 3.38.
Rental revenues increased by EUR 1.5 mln to EUR 11.7 mln, an increase of 15.2%. Management fees increased by 9.0% compared to last year, mainly due to maintenance costs. Indirect investment result amounted to EUR 5.2 mln
