The Italian construction group Impregilo S.p.A. says it is continuing talks with the banks involved in providing it with financing and that it is in contact with potential investors. In both cases, no agreements have yet been made and any agreements will be announced as soon as they are reached.
The current talks and contacts involve, in their respective areas of competence, the advisors appointed by Impregilo (Studio Poli e Associati, Studio Colombo, Studio Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia), as well as the advisors appointed by Gemina (Lazard).
