Immo Consulting S.p.A., Aareal Bank’s real estate consultancy company in Italy, has been appointed to select prospective purchasers for a part of the Italpetroli Group’s real estate portfolio. Italpetroli, whose core business is the trading of oil products, also invests in the real estate sector.
The sale of some of the properties is part of the group’s financial deinvestment plan. “With Italpetroli, we have won an important client which in Italy is perhaps better known to the public as the controlling company of A.S. Roma, the Roma football team” says Mauro Seppia, Managing Director of Immo Consulting.
Immo Consulting, in its role as advisory company, has been contacting potential Italian and international investors. The consultancy also accesses the earnings and development potentials for each property.
The first targets were reached through the sale of two properties:
