According to a Reuters report, investment company ICT Group, owned by Russian tycoon Alexander Nesis, is expected to close a deal to acquire about 25% of real estate investment firm O1 Properties.
According to the report, the deal could be valued at around US $350 million.
ICT Group is one of the largest privately-owned investment and industrial companies in Russia. O1 Properties is one of the largest developers, investors and managers of premium commercial office space in the country, with a portfolio of 12 office buildings located in prime business areas of Moscow.
