The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has announced the setting up of its latest European National Committee in Serbia, to support the growing retail development opportunities in the country. As the largest property member association in the World, ICSC is experiencing rapid expansion in Europe, mirroring the growth in activity of the retail real estate industry in the region, which is still growing, despite a slow-down in activity in some other parts of the World.
With European membership trebling over the last four years, and widening to welcome professionals from many more countries and all sectors relating to the shopping center industry, the number of National Committees championed by ICSC in Europe is also growing fast.
The Serbian National Committee will help to support its country's growing shopping center industry and offer industry professionals from across the world an expert source on new opportunities for investment and development within that country.
