HypoVereinsbank is launching a new 7-year Global Mortgage Pfandbrief with a volume of €1.5 billion. The books for the new issue "Global#10" has been opened yesterday.
The Joint Lead Managers are ABN Amro, Commerzbank and HypoVereinsbank. Norddeutsche Landesbank is Senior Co-Lead Manager. Additionally, CaLyon, HSBC, Ixis, LBBW, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBM are mandated as Co-Lead managers. HVB's Global Mortage Pfandbrief has been rated Aa1 by Moody's and AAA by Fitch. This issue is the HVB's first Global Mortgage Pfandbrief following the merger with UniCredit.
