Fortis Vastgoed Ontwikkeling has sold the 'Haagse Hoge Huis' at the Waldorpstreet in The Hague to HFS HYPO-Fondsbeteiligingen.
Fortis Vastgoed Ontwikkeling has sold the 'Haagse Hoge Huis' at the Waldorpstreet in The Hague to HFS HYPO-Fondsbeteiligingen für Sachwerte, a 100% subsidiairy of Hypovereinsbank in München. The more than 30.000 m2 will house the future head-office of German telecomprovider T-Mobile (currently BEN-telecom in The Netherlands).
