Homburg Invest Inc. has announced that it has finalized the acquisition of five office buildings in the Netherlands.
The transaction completed at an aggregate cost of approximately €24 million (CDN $35 million) was completed by new long term financing of €19 million, cash and the issue of 1 million Class A Subordinate Voting shares of Homburg Invest at €4.50 each (CDN $6.62) for a total of €4.5 million.
The properties are located in Venlo, Eindhoven, Gouda and two in Roermond, The Netherlands. They provide a total of approximately 17,600 m² of quality office space and are leased to substantial tenants.
