Homburg Invest now controls the voting rights of approximately 24%of the shares of DIM Vastgoed N.V. (DIM). The major shareholders of DIM, Partex East B.V. and Partex West B.V., have committed to sell approximately 74% of their interests in DIM on terms as outlined in the November 9th release.
