Homburg Invest announces that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 2,962,244 units of Alexis Nihon Real Estate Investment Trust.
The transaction represents approximately 11% of the issued and outstanding units of Alexis Nihon, pursuant to a private agreement and that Homburg now owns 5,274,539 units of Alexis Nihon, representing approximately 19.5% of the issued and outstanding units of Alexis Nihon.
Homburg acquired the units for investment purposes and may, depending on the market and other conditions, increase or decrease beneficial ownership, control or direction over units of Alexis Nihon through market transactions, private agreements, a take-over bid or otherwise.
