Homburg finalizes acquisition of assets in Beuningen, the Netherlands (NL/CA)

Homburg Invest Inc. has announced that is has finalized the acquisition of an industrial building with office space in Beuningen, the Netherlands.

The transaction was completed at a price of €9.3 million plus closing costs. The closing was accomplished through a combination of cash and the issue of 284,210 Class A Subordinate Voting shares of the Company at €4.75 per share.

The property is a free standing industrial premises with office space situated on approximately 10.4 acres with a total leaseable area of 164,710 ft² and leased for a period of ten years.

The property is located at west of the municipality of Beuningen in the business area 'De Schoenacker', bordering the residential district of Beuningen in a location with good visibility from the motorway A73. Beuningen is a northwestern satellite of the city of Nijmegen.

The property consists of four constructed and separated industrial buildings and an office building. The four industrial buildings are made out of a steel construction with metal wall cladding. A two-floor office building is situated in front of the industrial buildings and has two entrances with two reception functions. There are approximately 150 parking places available. Multi-tenant use of the office space is possible.
