Homburg acquires four commercial properties in the Netherlands (NL)

Homburg Invest Inc. announces that the acquisition of four commercial properties in The Netherlands has been finalized. The properties were purchased from parties in The Netherlands, one of which is non-arm's length, for an aggregate purchase price of €37,600,000.

The four properties, which include Tarasconweg 2, Franse Baan 606 in Eindhoven, Valkstraat 14 in Sittard, Corkstraat 38-46/Sheffield 21-39/Suttgartstraat 30-44 in Rotterdam and Beelaarts van Bloklandstraat 10-14/Reitse Hoewvenstraat 233-241 in Tilburg, were purchased through limited partnerships controlled by Homburg and for which Homburg L.P. Management Inc. acts as a general partner.

Of the total purchase price and costs, approximately €5,500,000 was paid in cash, €31,000,000 was settled by mortgage financing and approximately €4,500,000 was paid through the issuance of 1,000,000 Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of Homburg at a deemed price of €4.50 per share.
