"We are very proud to announce excellent progress in the sale of Holland Park Apartments. So far we have managed to sell almost 40% of the apartments located in the Brunello building," said Richard Keen, Managing Director of Keen Property Partners.

After its original development as an apart-hotel by ING Real Estate in 2000, Holland Park Apartments was purchased in 2006 by specialist real estate service provider Keen Property Partners. Keen Property Partners completely redesigned and transformed the apartments with luxury, high-standard fittings and finishings. The main objective was to create an ideal residential space located in a quiet, green corner of the center of Warsaw.
