HOCHTIEF Solutions has sold the Belvivo residential and commercial building in Frankfurt's Europaviertel West, which has a gross floor area of almost 17,000 m².
ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING Wohnungsbau- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft acquired the project at Europagarten off plan. Construction of 122 rental apartments and up to eight retail units is due to start in September 2012 with completion planned for June 2014.
In the Boulevard West section of the Europaviertel in Frankfurt, the HTP and format units of HOCHTIEF Solutions are realizing the BelVista residential project which has a gross floor area of around 27,700 m². The 130-meter-long horizontal Belvivo building with rental space and seven separate entrances will be built along Europaallee.
The Belverde development, comprising four buildings with 97 condominiums and gardens, is to be built to the rear. Two separate underground parking garages with a good 230 parking spaces will share a common entrance and exit.
ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING Wohnungsbau- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft already bought the EuropaQuartett residential and commercial building opposite with a gross floor area of almost 19,900 m² from HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung in April 2011.
