HOCHTIEF sells 237 rental apartments in Gallus, Frankfurt to Aberdeen (DE)

HOCHTIEF Solutions formart has already sold part of the Lahnsche Höfe—with a living area of around 18,500 m² and 800 m² of useful area—to Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft off plan. The four apartment buildings of seven stories each, comprising 237 rental apartments, 239 underground parking spaces and a child day care center, are to become part of a real estate special fund. The contracting parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

In line with the road, a connected vertical block made up of two buildings will be constructed on the 8,100 m² lot of the residential complex on Lahnstrasse/corner Rebstöcker Strasse. They form an acute angle in which two more apartment buildings will be constructed. The 35 m² to 125 m² rental apartments will have one to five rooms.

On the 3,600 m² sub-lot adjoining the Lahnsche Höfe to the east, construction will continue along Lahnstrasse and around the corner to Krifteler Strasse.

On the southern section of the lot, the ensemble will be rounded out by a point block. There will also be a dedicated underground parking garage for 113 cars. Marketing of the two to five-room condominiums, ranging in size from 50 m² to 133 m², began in October 2012. Almost 35% of these units have already been sold.
