HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung sells Lindley Carrée office building in Hamburg (DE)

HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has sold the Lindley Carrée office building in Hamburg, which has a total rented floor space of 23,000 m², to Deka Immobilien. The building will be placed in the Open-ended Real Estate Mutual Fund WestInvest ImmoValue. Details of the purchase price have not been disclosed.

The Lindley Carrée in Hamburg's City Süd quarter has six office floors. The first floor also provides space for catering businesses and for showrooms. The atrium building with brick facade and landscaped atrium, which opens up to the South Canal, was completed in 2010.

Its main user is the German insurance company neue leben Lebensversicherungen. Other tenants include the market research company Ipsos, the global personnel consulting firm GEMINI Executive Search, the auditing firm CSW City-Süd, the technology consulting firm SALT AND PEPPER, and the Swedish office furniture manufacturer Kinnarps.
