Two complete floors have already been let prior to construction.
Prior to the start of construction, two complete floors 30% of the total rental area have already been let to a joint gastroenterological practice with five medical specialists.
The seven-story property is being built on a triangular lot with an area of almost 4,500 m². This means that three different addresses are possible. The penthouse level will be built to a superior standard as a belvedere with roof terrace. An enclosed, public area will be formed between PortAL 10, the adjacent multiplex cinema also a HOCHTIEF project and a neighboring restaurant.
