The 9,300 m² building has been pre-leased to Coca-Cola.

The transparent design will create a very light and airy feel: The back-ventilated ceramic facade will be broken up by long ribbon windows. On the south side, broad expanses of glass will provide a panoramic view across the Spree, while large stretches of balcony overlooking the water will offer solar protection.

The office building is being designed to meet LEED Gold standard sustainability criteria. HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has concluded a long-term lease for the entire area of 9,300 m² with the beverage manufacturer Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke which will relocate its German headquarters from Berlin-Mitte to the new building in early 2013.
