Following subsidiaries in Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Vienna, HOCHTIEF Project Development is entering another Central and Eastern European capital; on June 1st, 2007, the new subsidiary HOCHTIEF Development Romania will open its doors. This will further strengthen the company's activities in Central and Eastern Europe.
In the new subsidiary in Romania, HOCHTIEF Project Development will focus on the product segments of the office, retail and hotel real estate markets in and around the town center. "Our business model is based on 15 years of experience and it has proved itself in Germany and abroad", says Rainer Eichholz, Director of HOCHTIEF Project Development GmbH, Essen. Also in Romania, the company will build on established client relations and the regional knowledge of reliable partners. HOCHTIEF Development Romania will be managed by Georg Hellwig, Director of HOCHTIEF Development Austria GmbH.
