The Kpis-Cracova division of Hochtief Polska has completed construction work on the Qubus Hotel in Kraków. The opening of the hotel, the investor for which was Echo Investment, is planned for today, 28 July.
The building is situated between ul. Port Solny, ul. Krakusa and ul. Nadwilañska in the Podgórze district of the city. The 4-star hotel will have 194 guestrooms, a restaurant, pubs, recreation and shopping areas, a 500 m² conference center and an underground car park. The total area of the building is 12,000 m², and it was designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Urbicon.
