Prologis Park Sosnowiec totals 47,098 m².
CBRE acted on behalf of Hines Global REIT in their acquisition of Prologis Park Sosnowiec from Prologis European Holdings following on from their acquisition of a larger portfolio of four assets from Pro Logis earlier this year. The property totals 47,098 m².

"Over the course of this year we have seen increased interest in prime logistics from a range of international investors.
"The completed transactions and other pending deals in the sector, likely to close before year end, mean that 2012 is expected to be a record year in terms of logistics transactions as a share of the total annual investment volume in Poland. This is due in large part to the strong fundamentals of the Polish economy, the improving logistics occupational market and the promising outlook for the future."
