Hilstone Corporation Limited have exchanged contracts on a portfolio of 10 properties for €120.3 million to joint partners RREEF UK Property Venture Fund 3 and Landid. The portfolio totals 52,917 m² and includes a mix of asset types; industrial, retail and offices. The properties were acquired by Hilstone in 2004 and formed part of a much larger package of 26 assets, The Sackville Portfolio. Hilstone have now traded their way out of The Sackville Portfolio, with the exception of two development situations.
The Hilstone Portfolio comprises a multi let asset management driven portfolio in the following locations; Bracknell, Cardiff, Chesham, Letchworth, Leman Street, E1, Reading, Slough, two large buildings in Sheffield and Whitehaven.
