AZHill International, the worldwide construction consulting firm, has announced that the company has been selected by Bachmann Springs Holdings, LLC to be the program manager for the Bachmann Springs development. As program manager, Hill will be responsible for overseeing the entire development program.
Bachmann Springs is a planned 1,700-acre enclave in Cochise County, Arizona near the historic city of Tombstone, surrounded by 250,000 acres of federal and state land. Situated just below the spectacular Dragoon Mountains and the famous Cochise Stronghold, the area is rich in spiritual and historic meaning. Bachmann Springs, expected to be complete in 2015, will feature 1,125 single family residences, a luxury hotel, an 18-hole golf course, a lavish clubhouse, village center, arts & cultural center, concert hall, a private organic vineyard and various fine dining options. An opulent 60,000-square-foot European rejuvenation and wellness spa will be a focal point of the community, offering residents and guests a variety of soothing massage, hydrotherapy, oxygen and ozone treatments, as well as kneipps and mayan therapies.
Homeowners will enjoy a striking par-72, 7,500-yard, Tom Fazio-designed golf course, scheduled to be complete in July 2006. Estate homes and golf villas of peerless design will feature spectacular fairways, desert and mountain views as well as 24-hour concierge service, catering options, and maid/butler service.
