High Tech Campus Eindhoven has won the award for 'Best Business Park of the Netherlands', an initiative of Bedrijventerrein. The very diverse national jury, consisting of architects, designers and various representatives, choose the campus out of 93 business parks. The campus is very pleased with this award which underlines the achievements of the last five years.

The campus site, developed and owned by Philips, comprises 25 buildings on a 910,000-m² area. The jury, which voted with large majority for this business park, was charmed by the working environment and mixed use of functions (restaurants, shops, sports and recreational facilities, and extensive IT facilities). And the way that real estate value is used for the development of the terrain. A smart concept, with park management in optima forma.
