Hewlett Packard signs lease extension for University Business Center in Warsaw with SEB Asset Management (PL)

SEB Asset Management has extended its lease with Hewlett Packard in the University Business Center (UBC) in Warsaw. The lease will now run for a further ten years until 2024.
The company leases a total of approximately 10,830 m² of space and 326 parking spaces, making it the UBC’s largest tenant. It has been in the building since 2001. SEB Asset Management was represented by Knight Frank and Hewlett Packard by CBRE.
The office complex comprises two 12-storey buildings and is located in the Mokotov district, south of the city center. The location’s infrastructure is excellent. Public transport (underground railway and trams) is within walking distance and the international airport can be reached in ten minutes by car. The complex comprises approximately 18,000 m² of rental space – including roughly 400 m² of storage space – and 440 parking spaces. Other well-known tenants include Emerson Project Management, Nestlé and Fiat.
