Heren2 to develop new Calvin Klein offices in Amsterdam (NL)

Heren2 is to develop new offices for Calvin Klein Europe, a division of PVH Europe, in the “Houthavens” area of Amsterdam. Calvin Klein Europe will occupy the building “Porcellis” situated on Danzigerkade in the first quarter of 2016. The building is comprised of approximately 13,000 m² of office space, showrooms and a parking garage for 150 cars. PVH is one of the biggest lifestyle companies in the world with a turnover of over 8 billion USD. PVH operates, alongside Calvin Klein brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Arrow and Speedo. The building is designed by MVSA architects. Roberto Meijer from MVSA architect says that the design is “timeless, practical and sophisticated with a dynamic, iconic look and feel, which suits this exclusive location. The aesthetic is perfect for the image of the international renowned fashion company”. Appelhoven Real Estate Advisors advised PVH Europe in this transaction.
