Hendersons horizon pan European equity fund hits €1 billion (UK)

Hendersons Horizon Pan European Equity Fund, managed by Tim Stevenson, has this month reached the 1 billion mark. Commenting on the funds €1 billlion milestone, Tim Stevenson said: Since its launch, the Fund has consistently outperformed its benchmark, and has always remained true to its original objective of seeking out good quality growth companies.

The changes happening all across the entire European region are dynamic and exciting, and with reasonable profits growth still coming through, the outlook for the European markets is good, even after a strong start already in 2006.

Tim manages the fund on a stock selction basis, with a focussed portfolio of up to 60 positions. He takes aggressive sector weightings compared to the benchmark as Tim looks for stocks where he believes there is long term potential for growth.

Kate ONeill, director of European Distribution adds, This is a great achievement for Tim and Hendersons Horizon fund range. The funds consistent outperformance has spearheaded the success of our Horizon fund range in continental Europe which provides investors a
