Henderson's £12.4-billion Property Business has appointed M J Mapp to manage a portfolio of its funds in the UK.
M J Mapp's new mandate covers asset and property management and the portfolio comprises 21 properties containing a number of prime office and retail developments geographically located from London to Edinburgh with a total current value of £420 million (approx. €489 million).
Tom Peasgood will lead the M J Mapp team on the instruction and he will be supported by Louisa Greenwood and Carl Kennedy.
