Helical Bar plc said its Managing Director Michael Slade and Finance Director Nigal McNair Scott have both exercised options and sold shares in the company.
In a statement, the company said Slade exercised his option over 253,622 shares at 452.5 pence per share while Scott exercised his option over 250,000 shares at 412.5 pence per share.
They sold all the shares at 960 pence per share.
Following the transactions, Slade now holds an 11.1 pct stake in the company while Scott has a 2.3 pct interest.
