Helaba provides €79 mln for Finnish logistics portfolio (FI)

Helaba, acting as Arranger and Sole Lender, is providing a long-term loan of around €79 mln to the Norwegian fund manager Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP) for the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Finland. The properties have been sold and leased back by the Finnish Posti Group.
The portfolio, with a lettable area of 130,000 m², consists of three postal centers in Tampere, Kuopio and Oulu, a warehouse in Tuusula and a freight terminal in Pirkkala, which has yet to be developed. The properties are fully let to the Finnish Posti Group on long-term leases and will be managed by the Swedish property management company Wilfast Förvaltning AB on behalf of NRP.
