Helaba provides €80 mln. financing for Saski Crescent and Europolis Park in Warsaw (PL)

Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen has closed facilities totalling more than €80 million for the financing of "Saski Crescent" office building and "Europolis Park Phase I, Blonie" in Warsaw. The borrowers are part of the Austrian Europolis AG.

Saski Crescent Warsaw

The Saski Crescent is located in the central business district of Warsaw.

The "Saski Crescent" building is located in the central business district of Warsaw, comprising 15,300 m² gross lettable area and 170 parking spaces at underground parking level. "Europolis Park Phase I, Blonie", a 154,000 m² logistics park, is situated in the west of Warsaw. In this transaction, Helaba has been acting as Sole Arranger and Lender through its origination unit "Real Estate Finance Northern and Central Europe".

Real estate investment and asset manager Europolis has successfully built up several award winning portfolios in the CEE and SEE regions since 1997. The closing of these latest loan facilities prove for both, Europolis and Helaba, that focusing on high quality property and high quality services is paying off, even in a challenging market environment. For this and for their consistent business strategy up to the present day, Europolis and also Helaba, have been awarded as "Best Investor" and "Best Bank" Award for 2008 at the recently held "CEE Quality Awards" of the CEE Insight Forum, in cooperation with the Financial Times.
