Helaba has provided a long-term facility for VIA Outlets totalling €100m to refinance “Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet” in Lelystad/Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet is a premium outlet centre, located in Lelystad, just 45 minutes from Amsterdam. As the first outlet in the Netherlands, it opened its doors in 2001. With over 150 stores, more than 250 brands and cafés and restaurants it offers the perfect shopping experience with international fashion brands, from Polo Ralph Lauren to Hugo Boss, Nike to Michael Kors and Le Creuset to Tommy Hilfiger, 363 days a year. After an expansion in 2017, Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet comprises a total sales area of 31,300 m².
