GRUNT, a.s. have signed a contract regarding cooperation with Heitman European Property Partners III (HEPP III) real estate fund. HEPP III is managed by Heitman LLC, one of the world's largest real estate investors with a managed asset volume approaching USD 23 billion (approx. €15.6 bln.). The company entered the Central-European market in the mid 1990s. Currently, Heitman LLC is one of the leading real estate investment managers in the region.
The two companies have signed a joint venture partnership concerning two ongoing projects being carried out by the GRUNT group in Bratislava
