Niam has agreed to divest a residential portfolio located in three locations in Greater Copenhagen and Zealand, Denmark, to the listed real estate company Heimstaden. The assets comprise terraced houses, apartments and two commercial office units. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Michael Berthelsen, Country Manager, said: "We have successfully managed and stabilized these residential assets and are happy to once again do business with Heimstaden, who has become a serious market player in the Danish residential market. We have an unchanged positive view toward the Danish property market, and expect to be a significant investor going forward.”
