The development company of the municipality of Rotterdam (Ontwikkelingsbedrijf Rotterdam) is planning to award the realization of the building, renovation, and maintenance of the city office to Heijmans.
The contract is valued at approximately 95 million and is partly award based on quality aspects. The work is an integral work for Heijmans non-residential, property development, residential building and technical services.
The project involves a city store, offices, parking lot and the development of 92 apartments, total approximately 43,000 m². The finalization of the contract is expected soon. The building activities will start spring 2013 and will be finalized by the end of 2014.
