Heijmans Vastgoed and Schiphol Real Estate have sold the Flight Square office block in the Flight Forum office zone in Eindhoven to private investor Mobion BV. The sale value of the building is €16.75 million excluding VAT and transfer tax.
Flight Forum is a high-quality business park in the vicinity of Eindhoven Airport. The park is divided into six clusters: five for business accommodation and one for offices. In total, approximately 100,000 m² of offices and some 175,000 m² of business accommodation will be realized in the Flight Forum area over the years ahead. Flight Square is the highest office block within the Flight Forum office area. It is situated immediately alongside the HOV (High-Quality Public Transport) line with a connection to the center of Eindhoven. The selling parties realized the office building together in 2002.
Among the tenants in Flight Square are Panalpina (transport and logistics), Irdeto (IT applications for distribution purposes), Goudappel Coffeng (consultancy for traffic and transportation) and Flight Forum CV (collaboration between Eindhoven municipality and Schiphol Real Estate). The office building has a rentable floor surface of 7,729 m² and has its own parking facilities in a parking garage with 111 bays.
