Interprojecta Vastgoed Best BV, an alliance between Heijmans Vastgoed and NIB Capital, has sold three office buildings to De Groene Groep Beleggingen BV and Cortona Estates BV. The sale comprises a total of over 10,000 m² built office space.
The office buildings involved are Basalt and Graniet in Breda (approximately 7,315 m² in total) and Venturium in Almere (approximately 3,595 m²). Heijmans and NIB Capital each owned 50% of the buildings via Interprojecta Vastgoed Best BV.
