Heijmans expects to reach agreement concerning the acquisition of Ingenieursbureau Van Kleef B.V., which has offices in Vught, Roermond and Roosendaal. Once confirmed the transaction will be implemented as per July 1, 2002. The takeover will be paid for in cash.
