HB Reavis opens first office development in Hungary (HU)

HB Reavis opened on Thursday 5th June its first office building in Hungary - Váci Corner Offices in Budapest.
Váci Corner Offices is an A-class office building with over 21 000 m² of high quality office space on 8 storeys, with shopping and service venues on the ground floor. It is located in the very heart of the Váci district, one of the most important business areas in Budapest. The building offers an easy commute from other parts of the city by car, bicycle or public transportation, as a station of subway line 3 is located right in front of it. Hungary’s largest national energy group, MVM had leased 3 800 m².; the company will move into the office building in September 2014, where it will occupy floors 6 and 7 of this 8-storey building.
