Haslemere NV has sold a portfolio of seven properties to Castlemore Securities for a total of £22.5m.
The portfolio comprises St Andrews House and 72-76 St Andrew’s Road, Cambridge; The Manor and Manor Court in Crawley; 42-50 Watt Street in Glasgow; Jesmond Drive Bridge of Don in Aberdeen; 24 Orwell Terrace in Edinburgh; Renfrew Industrial Estate in Hillington; and land at Straiton Park in Edinburgh.
The deal represents another step in Castlemore’s drive to build up a £750m investment portfolio. Last summer it bought a portfolio of 18 properties from REIT Asset Management for a total of £39m.
