Haslemere NV said General Electric Capital Corporation, which holds 98.8% of the company´s shares, has initiated statutory buy out proceedings in the Netherlands.
These proceedings are relevant not only for the other shareholders in the Netherlands but for all other holders of ordinary shares in the share capital of Haslemere NV, the company said.
