Haslemere NV and GE Real Estate announced on 4 June 2004 that General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC) had completed the acquisition for cash, by way of a private treaty acquisition, of 98.8% of the shareholdings in Haslemere NV.
Haslemere NV announces that its parent, GECC, has informed the Company that it has been presented with opportunities by debenture holders to acquire certain of the quoted debentures in issue by Haslemere NV subsidiaries. GECC has confirmed to the Company that it will review these opportunities as they arise and may purchase certain holdings.
